Dr. Hady Safa is the founder of  STANDARDS, he is a highly accomplished author and motivational speaker. He has over twenty five years of experience in Human development and has trained audiences of up to 20,000 people in all aspects of Strategy, Management, and Human Resources. Dr. Safa holds a Ph.D. in Talent Management and an MBA in Human Resources Management.

Khalill Eter is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in training and consultancy. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration and is a certified executive and life coach, as well as an NLP practitioner. As a Partner and Business Development Head at Standards, Mr. Eter has a strong track record in driving growth and profitability. With over 40,000 trained and coached individuals, and his expertise in coaching coaches made him a sought-after consultant. In his free time, he is a dedicated volunteer for the Lebanese Red Cross, and an avid sports enthusiast who loves making an impact

Born and raised in the Middle East, Feras is familiar with the local business culture, and often incorporates his knowledge and experience to the intricacies of the region. Fully capable of delivering in both English and Arabic simultaneously, Feras ensures all participants of his dynamic and interactive programs fully comprehend communicated material. Feras specializes in the design and delivery of programs targeting the interpersonal traits of employees, along with Leadership and Management related topics. Feras also consults on matters relating to Talent Management, including Learning and Development, Recruitment, and Performance Management.
Rania is a Leadership development, Strategy, human resources, Corporate Social Responsibility and soft skills lead trainer at PwC’s Academy. Rania served as a management consultant for Strategy, Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility projects across the middle East. She is a lead Leadership Assessor at PwC Advisory where she has assessed over 300 leaders across the Middle East.

Raghid is a technology leader with over 23 years of experience in Leadership, Innovation, Strategy, Digital Transformation and FINTECH in the fields of Technology, Telecom and Banking. He has managed several large technology projects around the world and covered several regions from the Middle East, GCC, Europe and Africa. He has as well over 12 years of experience in Sales and Negotiations. Raghid started his career as a software engineer, working his way through various management and executive position in the telecoms and banking industries. Raghid was until recently the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at one of the leading banks in Beirut, Lebanon and he was part of the leadership team and oversaw several technology divisions. Raghid holds a double major in Statistics and Computer Science from the American University of Beirut (AUB) and has acquired several INSEAD certificates in Global Management, Leadership and Transformation. He is a learning Coach at INSEAD for the courses of Strategy, Innovation and FINTECH.
